Dubry Counseling Group PLLC ("DCG") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs protected health information.

Information You Provide

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, insurance, and any message you choose to include. Please do not include clinical or medical details. Form submissions are delivered to our practice email, which is maintained under a HIPAA business associate agreement.

Information Collected Automatically

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure website traffic and the effectiveness of our outreach. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and referral source through cookies. They do not receive form contents. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Third Parties

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Clinical records and scheduling are managed through TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant platform. We do not sell your information.

Telehealth and Licensing

Our clinicians are licensed in Washington, DC. Clients must be physically located in DC at the time of each session.
