This work is personal to us. James Dubry, our founder, served as a police officer before becoming a licensed professional counselor. He understands firsthand the psychological weight of first responder work, the culture of pushing through, and what it takes to finally ask for help. Combined with a close family connection to military service, our practice brings lived experience and genuine understanding to every session with veterans, military families, and first responders.

How We Help

Our clinicians provide therapy for veterans, active Guard and Reserve members, military families, and first responders including police, fire, and EMS. We treat PTSD and trauma, depression, anxiety, and the challenges of transition and reintegration into civilian or post-service life. We approach this work with the respect, directness, and confidentiality that this population deserves.
