Male Counselor Max Adelman

Max Adelman, MA, LGPC
Specialization: Anxiety, Depression, Developmental Disorders, Adjustment Disorders

Bio: I believe many of our problems today stem from negative beliefs and experiences from our past, often influencing us without our awareness. My goal is to provide clients with a safe space where they can feel free to reflect on and potentially unlearn some of these beliefs to help them heal. I believe all people can flourish and grow when in the right environment with the right support. I hope to provide each and every one of my clients the opportunity to be heard to help them foster self-acceptance, as it’s only when we accept ourselves that we are able to begin changing for the better.
